Facilitate a smooth transition of ownership and management during the takeover process.
Utilize your expertise in Guestpoint PMS and Update247 Channel Manager to assist with system transitions.
Ensure the seamless operation of the motel during the changeover period.
Collaborate with the new owners to implement necessary changes and improvements.
Provide relief management support, ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of guests. Maintain the high standards of the motel’s services and facilities.Requirements:
Previous experience in motel management or hospitality.
Proficiency in Property Management Systems, especially Guestpoint, and Channel Managers like Update247.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with change management principles and practices. 
Availability to start from December 10, 2023, in preparation for the takeover on December 15, 2023.Compensation:
Rate: $300 – $320 + GST per day

About the Role:
Unique Caretaking Opportunity: Step into the role previously held by our retiring manager, where you’ll be much more than just a manager – you’ll be a caretaker of our guests’ experiences.
Dynamic Responsibilities: Manage reservations with proficiency in GuestPoint PMS and SiteMinder channel manager, ensuring the smooth operation of the motel. Maximize revenue through effective calendar management, capitalizing on local events such as Cowboy home games, V8’s, concerts, etc.
Housekeeping and Grounds Maintenance: Assist with housekeeping, maintain the tidiness of grounds, and ensure pool cleanliness.
This is a very easy property to run as all linen and towels are outsourced and has a dedicated housekeeping team.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience and Independence: Candidates should have experience with GuestPoint and channel management systems and be adept at working independently.
Strong Communication and Integrity: Excellent communication skills and integrity are essential, as the owners are off-site.
Flexibility and Time Management: This role suits someone excellent at managing their time, capable of handling light duties and reservation management. There is potential for transitioning to a more permanent position for the right individual. Reception hours are 7am – 6pm
