🏨 LONGREACH MOTOR INN – MANAGEMENT COUPLE OPPORTUNITY

📍 Longreach, QLD | 📅 Start: Mid April 2026 (flexible)

💰 SALARY: $140K – $150K + Super + Utilities + WiFi + Accommodation

Spacious 3-bedroom residence attached to reception

👉 THE ROLE

56-room motel seeking an exceptional, professional, experienced and motivated management couple. This is a high-performing regional property with a strong mix of tourist & traveller trade, corporate & government clients, and a very strong tour group business.

👉 KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in Guestpoint FOS (essential)
• Strong background managing tour groups & busy motels
• Attention to detail and operational control
• RSA & Food Safety Supervisor + Handling Certificates

👉 OPERATIONS SNAPSHOT

• ~90% occupancy during peak (late April → October)
• Gardens & lawns to maintain
• Grounds, pool & carpark to be kept neat (pool checked daily)
• Basic repairs & maintenance required
• Laundry managed by full-time head housekeeper

🍽️ RESTAURANT & TOUR GROUPS

• ~70 tour groups per year
• Avg. 2-night stay / 20 guests per group
• All groups have breakfast (cook provided)
• ~20% have dinners (prepared offsite, plated onsite)
• Breakfast + wait staff provided
• Managers oversee service standards & guest experience
